Sous Chef (A’ la carte)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification from an accredited culinary school
  • Min. 4 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
  • Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency
  • Excellent and thorough knowledge primarily of the Mediterranean cuisine and also of international cuisine
  • Creative, innovative, and with a genuine passion for the culinary arts
  • Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage
