Restaurant Manager (A’ la carte)
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality or similar Graduate School, is highly desirable
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
- Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency depending on the occasion
- Excellent knowledge of the Serving Art in Α’ la carte Restaurant
- Teamwork spirit with good knowledge of training the restaurant staff
- Proactive and able to work with his team efficiently under pressure
- Hands-on approach, flexible with strong team-building skills
- Excellent knowledge of use the Α’ la carte Restaurant equipment
- Enthusiastic personality, with capacity on Food & Beverage sale
- Strong interpersonal customer service and public relations skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage.
