Restaurant Captain (A’ la carte)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality or similar Graduate School, is highly desirable
  •  Min. 2 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
  • Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency depending on the occasion
  • Excellent knowledge of the Serving Art in Α’ la carte Restaurant
  • Teamwork spirit with good knowledge of training the restaurant staff
  • Proactive and able to work with his team efficiently under pressure
  • Hands-on approach, flexible with strong team-building skills
  • Strong interpersonal customer service and public relations skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage.
