Operations Manager

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business oriented position such as dealing with Customer Sales Contracts/Orders, different Vendors for miscellaneous purchase, and Business insurance Brokers for business Insurance Polices
  • Strong knowledge of business management processes, process flow and controls
  • Experience working with managers and directors
  • Developing enterprise-ready policies and procedures for own functions
  • Strong communication skills, and able to actively work with a wide range of internal staff, vendors for IT, computer and office supplies,and external Attorneys/Consultants
  • Experience working in Art & Gourmet hotels all around the world
  • Creative, innovative, and with a genuine passion for the Hotel Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business and Marketing majors preferred
  • Five years in a sales representative role within industry preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Hardworking, persistent, dependable, positive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage
