Front Office Agent – Reservations
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Tourism or similar Graduate School
- Min. 4 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
- Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, budgets and numbers oriented.
- Enthusiastic personality, with capacity on sale
- Managing e booking Engines & good knowledge of Fidelio
- Pricing & Yield Control, rerforming Market Research.
- Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Social Media.
