Front Office Agent – Reservations

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Tourism or similar Graduate School
  • Min. 4 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
  • Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, budgets and numbers oriented.
  • Enthusiastic personality, with capacity on sale
  • Managing e booking Engines & good knowledge of Fidelio
  • Pricing & Yield Control, rerforming Market Research.
  • Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Social Media.
