Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Professional qualification from an accredited culinary school
- Min. 4 years of experience in the same position in 4*/5* hotels
- Adaptability to operating standards and efficiency
- Understanding of the principles of quality system H.A.C.C.P
- Professional attitude with knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine
- Creative, innovative, and with a genuine passion for the culinary arts
- Organized, calm, proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of English language, second language will be considered as an advantage
